Computer Collection (aka apartment heaters)

brick/blackbox: The solid state firewall - Pentium 233MMX running some BSD variant on CompactFlash in an old AT-style industrial rackmount case. Recycled, used to be an old 386!
Steam: SuperMicro Intel Core i7 based file/music server stuffed full of drives. Finally found an inexpensive multiport PCIe non-RAID SATA card to backend Linux mdadm RAID6.
Acela (express): Apple MacBook Pro (early/mid 2008 edition)
Coast Starlight: 802.11g 2.4Ghz access point
California Zephyr: 802.11n 5Ghz access point
Empire (builder): Apple PowerMac G5 Dual 1.8Ghz, a few gigs of RAM (mostly retired)
dope: Sun SPARC 2, 64MB of RAM, 10MB AUI ethernet, 8G hard disk. (in storage)
